Marlborough

Toured wineries in the Marlborough region on the way to Picton, a little harbor town in the Marlborough Sounds.  Explored the area by plane and boat. Lots of birds, even saw Blue Penguins nesting.

 

 

Whales & Seals

Spotted several Sperm Whales off the coast of Kaikoura and fur seals are everywhere.  Even had a chance to swim with the wild fur seals.

Kia Ora New Zealand

Finally made it to New Zealand!  Spending the next 28 days touring the South Island.  Flew into Christchurch on Monday and then drove up to Kaikoura on Tuesday.
